Todd Condiff:
Todd is currently serving as a Financial Advisor for CLK Investment Advisors and has been very successful in educating and implementing financial strategies that have assisted many individuals in obtaining their financial goals and planning for their future and their children’s futures.
Todd’s experience includes executive level financing, management, sales and marketing strategies as well as ownership of 3 companies. He is the Co-Founder of Hang Gear, a manufacturing company, which he has taken and turned into a profitable and successful business. He is the acting President managing and dealing with all the financial responsibilities of a major manufacturer of cellular accessories. He dealt with the day to day activities such as payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, banking, budgeting projections, forecasting and more, as well as long term financial responsibilities including outside investments into the company. He also is the Founder, President and CEO for HIPAA Compliant Inc, a nationally recognized consulting company to the medical industry in regards to the policies and procedures involving the HIPAA regulations and solutions.
He has been responsible for financing, sales and marketing and the complete implementation of the training and sales programs for various organizations. He has managed all the logistics and organized all the international product shipments and order placements along with the responsibility of hiring and managing employees. Prior to this position he was the Sales manager for ISB Inc in Dallas Texas managing over 22 individuals. His responsibilities included everything from setting corporate budgets and projections, creating policies and procedures, reorganizing the sales staff and their goals and implementing new programs which increased sales by 50% his first year.
He has a successful background in sales and account management for Nike, Bauer, Medalist, Revo and other manufacturers. Todd also gained much of his knowledge as an independent marketing consultant for Y2 Marketing. He has helped companies increase their revenue by 2 to 10 times with his unique marketing style of strategic and tactical marketing. The scientific and psychological approach to marketing that he takes has been very successful for both him and his clients. He has had several speaking engagements, and has done training and recruiting seminars for the past several years. Todd also has extensive experience in corporate strategy assessment, contract negotiations and employee motivation programs. He has played a significant role in organizing and managing several start-up companies.
